Help with installation, player matching, overlays, purchases, and license recovery.
Before contacting support
- Confirm Fantasy Intel is enabled in
chrome://extensions. - Refresh the Yahoo, ESPN, or Sleeper fantasy football tab after installation or an update.
- Open Fantasy Intel from Chrome's Extensions menu and confirm that it shows your remaining free previews or says “Fantasy Intel unlocked.”
- If a player is unmatched, use “Teach Fantasy Intel a player” and select the matching team and position.
Purchases and promo codes
Three complete player-card previews are free. Unlimited lifetime access is a one-time $4.99 USD purchase—there is no subscription or recurring charge. Purchases use Stripe Checkout, where a valid promotion code can be entered. Access is normally claimed automatically after Checkout. If it does not update within a few seconds, return to the Fantasy Intel popup and choose “Claim purchase.”

Until a dedicated support address is published, contact the developer using the support contact shown on Fantasy Intel's Chrome Web Store listing. Include your Chrome version, the fantasy platform, and a description of the page where the problem occurred. Never send a card number, Stripe secret, or license key.
